1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the NC School Soccer Officials platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Description of Service

This platform provides scholastic soccer officials, assignors, and coaches in North Carolina with training resources, rule quizzes, Critical Match Incident (CMI) reporting tools, kit search tools, and referee roster management.

3. User Registration and Account Security

To access most features of the platform, you must register for an account. By registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information as necessary.
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.
• Promptly notify your Regional Supervisor or Assignor if you discover or suspect any security breaches related to the platform.

4. Reporting and Data Accuracy

When submitting Critical Match Incident (CMI) reports or editing your referee profile details (including dues payment status and scrimmage sign-ups), you represent and warrant that the information submitted is honest, accurate, and complete. Providing false or intentionally misleading reports may result in account termination and disciplinary action from your officiating association.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform to harass, abuse, or harm other users, or to upload or transmit any content that is offensive, unlawful, or infringes on the rights of others. You may not attempt to circumvent security controls or disrupt the integrity of the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

The platform and its contents are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the services. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the services.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms of Service at any time. All updates will be posted to this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
